Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program

At ITS, we offer compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals navigating the challenges of substance use. We provide comprehensive evaluations and personalized support in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment to both adolescents and adults.

Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program is designed in accordance with Maryland's COMAR regulations and provides integrated treatment for individuals with both a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.

Our Approach

We believe in treating the whole person — not just the symptoms. That’s why our services are structured to provide integrated mental health and substance-related disorder evaluation and treatment to support lasting recovery and improved well-being.

Each person receives a thorough assessment and a personalized care plan that reflects their unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Our certified clinicians specialize in co-occurring disorders, ensuring individuals receive the right level of support, insight, and strategies to promote healing.

While we currently do not offer detoxification, partial hospitalization, or medication-assisted treatment in-house, we are deeply committed to each person's recovery. Our team will actively connect clients to trusted partner programs and community providers for additional services that align with their care plan. We walk alongside our clients, ensuring that their path to recovery remains supported and seamless — no matter where that path leads.

Why Choose ITS?

We are a CARF-accredited, licensed provider offering person-centered care that honors the complexity of co-occurring disorders. Our experienced clinicians provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to gain clarity, learn new skills, and access resources that foster independence and resilience.

Recovery is possible — and at ITS, no one has to do it alone.
